New Age Graphix creates apparel from original art designed in California. Our unique designs incorporate a range of styles and fashions using mystical, spiritual, minimalistic, psychedelic, and natural concepts. We offer numerous collections, each with its own unique and classic vibe, consciously crafted to compliment any aesthetic and colorful personality. Most of our designs and logos are original drawings and paintings by Beat author and artist Mel Ash.

What's your return policy?

New Age Graphix allows returns within a 30-day window, based on specific conditions. The accepted reasons for return include:

  1. Incorrect Product Received
  2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Product
  3. Mislabeled Product

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong product or damaged, misprinted, defective, or mislabeled products. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@newagegraphix.com with photos of wrong or damaged products and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

What if I receive the wrong product or a damaged, misprinted, defective, or mislabeled product?

For the quickest resolution, if you received the wrong product or a misprinted, damaged, defective, or mislabeled product, within a weeks' time of receiving the damaged product please share a detailed description of the problem and send quality photos where we can see the issue, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order to contact@newagegraphix.com. We’ll be happy to assist and help you with one of the following options:

  1. Reship the same product or choose another product of the same value (You must first return the product using the return address indicated on the original package in which the order was delivered)
  2. Refund (After verifying that the product meets one of the conditions listed above we will issue a refund)

How long do I have to return my product?

Any claims for damaged, misprinted, defective, or mislabeled products must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

How long does it take for my exchanged item to ship?

To make sure the city in the address matches its ZIP code, use this USPS ZIP code lookup.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@newagegraphix.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover unwanted products so we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before ordering from us, please check and determine full ability to receive the product you ordered. Correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of Products.

How do I track my order?

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Canada: 3-10 Business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@newagegraphix.com with your order number.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, New Age Graphix will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address or an inappropriate phone number. Should you like to ask for a change in the delivery address, phone number, or any other special requirements, please contact New Age Graphix at contact@newagegraphix.com.

What if I did not receive my item?

If your item was not received it could be for the following reasons:

  • Address is incorrect, incomplete, or illegible.
  • Package was unclaimed

In this case the item will be returned to the return address on the package.

First please check that the address you used was correct. If the address is correct please notify us at contact@newagegraphix.com so we can look into the status of your package and we will arrange a new shipment of the product you ordered free of charge.
